After the completion of the rebrand, the GoodRx marketing team wanted to overhaul their CRM platform. This meant redesigning every single email in their inventory with the new branding, updated messaging, and easy to use components. This project was nearly a full year in the making and required an extensive audit of all the content that was to be refreshed. It would also serve as the foundation for all future emails and in-app messaging.
